Internal · Email Signature

Add the seminar banner to your email

Two ways to do this. If you already have a signature you like, grab just the seminar banner below and drop it in. If you'd rather use the full company signature, that's further down.

Option 1 · Banner Only

Keep your current signature and add the seminar banner under it. The banner links to the seminar page automatically.

  1. Click Copy banner below (or right-click the banner and choose Copy).
  2. In Outlook, open Settings → Mail → Signatures and edit your existing signature.
  3. Click at the end of your signature, then paste. The banner and its link come through automatically.
  4. Save.

Option 2 · Full company signature

Don't have a signature yet, or want the standard FPL one? Use this. It includes the banner already.

  1. Select your office tab below, then click Copy (or click into the signature, select all, and copy).
  2. In Outlook, open Settings → Mail → Signatures and create a new signature. (New to this? Microsoft's guide walks through it.)
  3. Paste into the signature editing box. The banner and link come through automatically.
  4. Type over the bracketed placeholders with your own name, title, phone, and cell. Your office address is already filled in. For the email, see the note below the signature.
  5. Set it as your default for new messages and replies, then save.
Paste into the signature box in Outlook's settings, not into a blank email. Pasting into the settings box is what keeps the formatting and the banner intact.

Pick your office, then copy

For the email, just type your address over your.email@fplco.com as normal text. No need to add a link — email clients make it clickable automatically when your message is received.
