UA Local 22 Steam Systems Course

UA Local 22’s 3rd year steamfitter apprentices recently completed their annual heat exchanger project, a hands-on build that brings classroom learning into the lab as a part of their Steam Systems course.

Every year, our Buffalo sales team visits UA Local 22 to present Hydronic Fundamentals to the apprentices, and we always get great feedback from the group.

When the training center reached out about materials needed for this year’s heat exchanger project, we were thrilled we could help. We donated Bell & Gossett products that the apprentices used to complete their builds. It’s rewarding to see our products in use, helping train the next generation of tradespeople. The B&G banner also found a home on the training center wall.

The photos below show some of the apprentices with their completed projects. It’s great to see the work coming out of this program, and we’re proud to support this kind of hands-on training.
